2011 monthly rates and availability: See the above map showing locations for long term rentals designated by rate charged. There are 25 designated long term spaces in a variety of prices and locations in the park. Monthly rates include electric and are not charged sales tax. A $250 deposit is required at reservation and is refundable if reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days notice. Two person occupancy.

B-Regular Rate: $430/month Peak: $470/month
C-Regular Rate: $420/month Peak: $450/month
D-Regular Rate: $410/month Peak: $435/month
Here at the Blanco River Resort, we value the long term guest as they bring a good-natured feeling and stability to the park and we have been blessed to have many returning clients. Peak time is from July 1 through August 31, so if your stay crosses into another rate, we will calculate your total cost on a prorated basis.
